Yes. We welcome our clients to our flagship boutique at 14 Scotts Road #03-132 Far East Plaza Singapore 228213 from Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. While we accept walk-ins, we highly recommend that you book a prior appointment with us via our online customer service (Whatsapp) or call before you visit so we can prepare the watch of your choice and provide a more personalized assistance.

Yes. With our access to the pre-owned luxury watch market, we will try our best to source the most competitive deal for you. Provide us with the brand, model, reference number, and colour of your choice via our online customer assistance or by visiting our boutique.

We always look for better ways to make our business transactions easier. We accept Cash, PayNow, Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards payments (corresponding fees apply).

Customers can make Installment Payment Plans (IPP) over 12 months by using their OCBC Credit Cards. However, please do note the 5.5% surcharge per item transaction.

If the watch sold by Watch Exchange does not come with a manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum period of twelve (12) months, we will provide the twelve (12) months of in-house warranty. Please reach out to us soonest should your watch show any issues.

Most of our items for sale are sized to fit an average wrist measure. We can do the necessary resizing of bracelets or straps. However, in certain models, we might need to indent the matching strap size. Additional links or bracelets may be purchased at our boutique when available.
