Can you source a specific watch for me?

Do you offer installment financing?
Our goal is to provide convenient and flexible financing options to suit your preferences, so you can own the timepiece you desire without financial strain. Whether you’re shopping in-store or remotely, our team is here to guide you through the installment process.
Customers can make Installment Payment Plans (IPP) ranging from 6 to 36 months depending on which Credit Card/s they own. However, please do note there will be corresponding IPP and Credit Card Surcharge admin fees.

What happens if my watch has an issue? What are your Warranty Terms?
If your timepiece doesn’t include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, Watch Exchange provides a 12-month in-house movement warranty. All repairs are handled by our Swiss Standard Watchlab, using advanced tools and expert technicians. Should any issues arise, simply contact us or visit our boutique. Our dedicated team will assist you promptly to ensure your watch is serviced with the highest care — giving you complete peace of mind after your purchase.
Will the strap or bracelet fit my wrist?
Most of our items for sale are sized to fit an average wrist measure. We can do the necessary resizing of bracelets or straps. However, in certain models, we might need to indent the matching strap size. Additional links or bracelets may be purchased at our boutique when available.
