The selected winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on the specific social media platform (Facebook or Instagram) where their winning comment was drawn. - Quick Verification With Our Team
To be officially confirmed as the winner, you must respond via DM within 24 hours and provide:
a. Proof of follow: A screenshot showing they follow the official Watch Exchange page on that platform.
b. App Account Details: The registered email address or mobile number matching a valid, active account on the Watch Exchange App. - Collect Your Rolex in Person
Head to the Watch Exchange Gallery Boutique (#03-132) at Far East Plaza, Orchard to collect your prize. Collection must be completed by 15 August 2026. Please bring a valid photo ID for age verification. For non-Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, please also bring your valid work pass.
A photo will be taken at collection as confirmation of receipt. By collecting the prize, the winner consents to Watch Exchange publishing this photo across our social media channels and owned media. - If The Prize Goes Unclaimed
If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours or is unable to verify their participation, they will be disqualified. A new draw will then be conducted, recorded, and a new winner will be announced on Watch Exchange’s Instagram, Facebook, and website.
